Pendant que se
déroule le feuilleton « Woerth-Bettencourt », il revient à
Al-Cha-Mau, la mémoire de certains événements qui ont affecté nos communes de
Maisons-Alfort, Charenton et Saint-Maurice qui subventionnaient une association
gérée très…curieusement.
En 1996, un
adjoint au maire, le premier s’il vous plaît, à Saint-Maurice, fut dénoncé par
nous-même pour, soyons tendres, malversation(s).
Il fut même
condamné, pour cela, à six mois de prison et à une amende… largement inférieure
aux détournements. Une bonne affaire quoi !
Il ne pût payer,
la mort l’ayant surpris avant le geôlier… Cela n’a pas empêché le Maire de
demander une minute de silence en Conseil Municipal, ni de manifester sa
présence chaleureuse au cimetière…
Ce même Maire,
Christian Cambon, refusait de poursuivre son adjoint en justice, au motif que
les détournements ne représentaient « que » 0,03 % du budget
communal…
C’est-y pas beau
un maire si compréhensif !
Au fait, à
partir de quel pourcentage ce Maire, maintenant Sénateur, ne soutiendra- t-il
plus son ministre ?

P.S. pour mémoire : cette association
d’aide aux personnes âgées, percevait des subventions des trois communes et
était dirigée et salariée par un adjoint au Maire (un mélange des genres).
La loi fait
obligation aux magistrats que sont les Maires, de signaler au Procureur les
faits délictueux dont ils ont connaissance. Ne pas le faire est une forfaiture
